Grace Growers (Godly Play)

Age: 4yr to 2nd grade

Children 4 year old-2nd grade are invited to wonder and explore together through the sacred stories of our faith. This Sunday School class will use the Godly Play curriculum to explore the mystery of God’s presence in our lives. Godly Play practice teaches all of us to listen for God and to make authentic and creative responses to God’s call in our lives. This class is guided by teachers who value the innate spirituality of the child and give children the space and the language to encounter God in their own lives.

Peacemakers (Upper Elementary)

Peacemakers (Upper Elementary)

Grades: 3rd-5th

Children in 3rd-5th grade are invited to explore sacred
stories and apply them to their lives. The Upper Elementary Sunday School class will follow the Path to Peace with Creation curriculum in the Fall of 2025. They will learn of our responsibility to care for creation through stories from the Old and New Testament. During Advent 2025 this class will focus on
preparing for the coming of the Christ Child using the Growing in God’s Love curriculum, returning to the Path to Peace to finish the unit in January. During Lent the Upper Elementary class will take a deep dive into the prayer Jesus taught his disciples and focus on learning a line or two of the Lord’s Prayer each week. In the spring of 2026 this class will focus on social
justice. They are guided by teachers who are committed to forming relationships with and guiding children through their big questions and big ideas about God, faith, and the Bible.

Parent Connection

Join other parents for an encouraging and meaningful time of connection while your children are in Sunday School! Together, we’ll explore engaging topics like parenting, biblical wisdom, spiritual practices, and everyday faith—sharing insights, questions, and real-life experiences along the way.

This is a relaxed, conversational space designed to help you grow spiritually, strengthen your family, and build authentic community with other parents walking a similar journey.

Led by our Pastor and Director of Young Adult Ministries, each gathering offers thoughtful guidance, practical encouragement, and uplifting discussion.

Come connect, grow, and be refreshed!

We are inclusive to all youth and empower them to be who God created them to be. We encourage students to ask questions and take ownership of their faith journey while walking alongside their peers.
